A. No, not as standard. Monitors are an optional extra and you can view our range of gaming specific monitors here.

A. Lifetime support is basically technical help and advice whenever you need it.

Peripheral Questions
Q. OK, so I bought a BREED and got a Wolfclaw. Its great for games but...where the heck is my \ key???
A. Wolfclaw keyboards are natively manufactured in Singapore and are generically set up for US use. Therefore, to make keys work the way the keyboard says they should...you need to set your keyboard language up in Windows to be US. BREED systems shipped out prior to November 2005 may experience this problem.

Q. My microphone echoes and I can hear my own voice in Teamspeak. How can I fix this?
A.
Step 1:
Doubleclick the speaker ("Volume") icon in your system tray. This brings up your "Play Control".
Step 2: Select "Mute" for "Microphone" and then select "Options" > "Properties" > "Recording" and make sure microphone is selected in the device list, then hit "OK". This brings up your "Recording Control" dialog and you should make sure "Microphone" is selected.

Q. My headset doesn't work when I plug it into the front inputs on my BEAST
A.
There is no fault with your BEAST, the reason the top sockets don’t work is because when you get fitted with a sound card, the leads that run from the top socket in the case to the sound card have nowhere to be plugged into.

If, however you were using onboard sound, then there is a spot on the motherboard for those particular wires to be fitted to. As you were fitted with a soundcard, we had no way to connect those up for you.

To get the headset to work, you will need to unplug the speakers and replace them with your headset unfortunately. You can get both to work if you only plug in the line out on your soundcard, but that means the headset, if its 5.1 surround, will only play stereo.

Delivery Questions
Q. How long does it take to deliver my order if I place it today?
A. Between 7-10 working days. If we are in a quiet period we can build and test BEASTS to a 7-day deadline but when things go wrong or we are in a busy season it will take up to 10 days from the time of order to deliver your BEAST.

Q. Is my BEAST insured in transit?
A. Absolutely yes. Every BEAST we dispatch is fully covered from the point it comes under the courier's care to the point where you sign for the receipt of it.

Q. What is the difference between Premium Delivery and UPS Delivery?
A. Premium deliveries are carried out by our own BEAST driver who is guaranteed to look after your BEAST. UPS are a third party courier service who have a very good reputation also. The difference is that with Premium, we can tailor your delivery to suit your needs n most cases. We can also contact our driver at any time to make sure your BEAST is safely on its way to you.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
