BEAST Computers are committed to providing extreme gaming systems built and supported to the highest possible quality standards.
Whilst not yet certified, we are working towards achieving ISO 9000:2000
Quality Management Systems certification to ensure, on all levels, that BEAST Computers consistently deliver standards of quality independently audited and certified.

BEAST only manufacture extreme gaming systems with the sole intent of providing our customers with a seamless,
advantageous gaming experience, both in single player gaming environments and (most importantly) in online arenas. As such, we employ a 10-Step Quality Control System to ensure that each of our BEASTS leaves our workshop in ripe gaming condition.
Pre-Build:
1) Visual inspection of specified components
2) Physical component check in Test Rig:
Each component is allocated to our test rig where we do a quick power on to make sure everything is found.
Post-Build:
3) Power-On Test: After the completed build, the power-on test reveals whether all components in the new system are being picked and powered up accordingly.
4) BIOS Check: Technical Manager checks on the BIOS settings to ensure correct setup
5) Driver Installation Control Check: System drivers are checked to ensure that each component is working properly and has been allocated correct system drivers.
Gaming Tests:
6) Benchmarking: Each BEAST is benchmarked using a variety of benchmarking tools before it begins games testing. Benchmarking programs include: CPU-Z, 3d Mark 05/06 and Sandra.
7) Games Testing: A number of intese rendering games are installed and each is tried for satisfactory performance.
8) 12 Hour Intense Full Load Check: The BEAST is left switched on, running games loops and demos whilst connected to online servers. This builds up heat within the system and causes the system to run at full load over time. This is where we check stability.
Final Pre-Despatch Control:
9) Cable Management Control: Supervisor checks cable routing and aesthetics of the BEAST'S insides.
10) Final Visual Check and Clean: Full wipe-down of the system and visual check to make sure it looks like a BEAST |
We do try and maintain a very high level of after-sales advice, support and help for our customers. We are great believers in a personal approach to business, especially when it comes to such extreme and somewhat pricey animals such as BEASTS. With this in mind we are always mindful about the knowledge of our customers and try very hard to tone down any jargon, explain things honestly and offer impartial, objective advice on the contents of queries. We operate under the following after-sales guidelines:
- To answer all support emails within 2 hours of receipt within reasonable working hours.
- To be objective and impartial to all queries.
- To be helpful and confident in dealing with queries.
- To be patient and understand that not everyone is technically-minded.
- To try and resolve support issues within 48 hours (during working days) of acknowledgement of receipt of the issue.
- To work to the best of our ability to resolve all issues to the satisfaction of our customers.
